Great game but...(Problems

Ive been playing for a while now and I really enjoy the game. Its laggy at times but it usually clears up. I want to keep playing but every Tim I click on the app, it starts to load, then crashes a few seconds in. Am I the only one who is having this problem? Plz fix this issue.
